A Cultural Experience

Gaetane Palardy is not only a culinary guide but also a chef. She enjoys those intimate culinary workshop where she plays her role as a chef and a teacher and she happily shares with participants some of the best recipes of the French and international repertoire. She is assisted by Edith Jacob, a dynamic food lover.

Gaetane told in an interview by Focus magazine “These is not your ordinary cooking classes, we cook for you and after the class the winemaker comes and meets the participants to pair the food with the wine from his winery and we sit down to enjoy the class together. Blue Moon Winery’s beautiful culinary studio and the gardens at Nature’s Way Farm offer a rural experience with an upscale ambiance. With a maximum of 12, you be assured that there is plenty of interaction, too. And of course, we send everyone home with recipes.”

Culinary workshops are offered once a month on Sunday from September to June and on request during the summer. Classes are offer in English and in French as a French immersion activity.
