When can we book a tour?

Tours are offered from April to October. Contact us if you want a tour outside of this timeframe. Well see if we can accommodate you.

Tours are offered from Wednesday to Saturday.

We are closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

How many people can be on a tour?

Pricing on the website is for groups of 4 to 15 people.

We charge an extra fee  per person for small groups under 4 people

How far do we go and how long is a tour?

All of our tours are under 5 hrs and stay within the beautiful Comox Valley. You'll enjoy short, relaxed travel times between stops—perfect for soaking in the stunning views, lush landscapes, and coastal charm while communing with fellow food lovers.

Where is the pickup, where is the dropoff?

We can pick you up and drop you off wherever you are in the Comox Valley.

Tours are offered in English and French.

What are our cancellation and refund policies?

Accepted Answer

We require a deposit (the price of one tour), which will be deducted from the total tour fee upon final payment at the end of the tour (final payments can be by cash/credit/debit). Deposits can be e-transferred to info@islandgourmettrails.ca

Also, our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made 7 days and more prior to a scheduled tour will be refunded 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made within 4-6 days before the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour date will not be refunded.
